Happy Easter!
I am afraid if you bought something new and summery for Easter Sunday you may need to wear a coat and ear muffs on your Easter bonnet. Regardless of the weather the food will be great. On Thursday morning I did an interview with the meat specialist from UW-Extension. He gave information on the how-tos of Easter ham purchasing, preparation and storage.
